How quickly can you get started?

Once there's a clear brief and agreement, we can typically start within 1–2 weeks. For urgent situations — like an imminent hiring decision or a contract about to be signed — we can move faster. Tell us the timeline in your message.

Do I need to know which service line I need before contacting you?

No — and we'd actively discourage guessing. Describe your situation honestly and we'll tell you where the real issue sits. Sometimes it's obvious; sometimes it's not what the client first thought.

What's the minimum engagement — are there small ways to start?

Yes. Our entry-level engagements start at ₹75K for a focused, time-bound piece of work with a clear deliverable. Most clients find this is enough to understand how we work before committing to something larger.

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes — particularly across South and Southeast Asia. Our engagement model works well remotely, and we've worked effectively with clients in Singapore, the UAE, and the UK. Tell us where you are and we'll be practical about how we structure the work.

Can you help if we already have a marketing agency?

Absolutely — and this is a very common starting point. We often work alongside existing agencies: evaluating their fit, improving how the client brief is structured, reviewing performance, and ensuring the relationship is actually generating the outcomes the client is paying for.

What size of business is Augmint built for?

We work best with businesses that have annual marketing spends of ₹25L and above — where the stakes of getting resource decisions right are significant. That typically means Series A–C startups, ambitious SMEs, and PE or VC-backed growth businesses. We're not the right fit for very early-stage businesses with minimal marketing budgets.
